Pronti follows a standard verification process for every driver — identity, licence, vehicle, right-to-work and payouts. Here's exactly what each step looks at.
Confirm who you are
Pronti starts by verifying your identity — your legal details on the application must match your official ID, and your live face photo must match the photo on your licence.

Eligible driver's licence
You need a full, unrestricted Australian driver's licence. Learner and Provisional (P-plate) licences can't be accepted yet. Glasses (Condition S) are fine.

Your vehicle and insurance
We cross-check the brand, model, colour and category you submit against the registered plate, and confirm you have active vehicle insurance.

Background & legal compliance
Pronti runs the background and right-to-work checks required for contractor work in Australia. Most documents are uploaded once and re-used across renewals.

Right to work (citizenship doc or visa)
Active ABN number
WHAT WE CHECK
Police check is clear & recently issued
Australian citizens — Birth Certificate or Citizenship doc
ABN is active & valid for contractor work
Stripe payouts & go live
Once every other step is verified, you connect a bank account through Stripe. Stripe runs its own verification, and only after that does Pronti activate your driver profile.
